Once we have worked with you to decide what treatment is right for you, we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.

Additionally, we will submit insurance claims for you; however, we cannot promise that you will receive your full benefits, and you are personally responsible for the cost of your treatment. We encourage you to contact your employer or the human resources administrator and the insurance company if your benefits have not been paid within 30 days. Remember, you need not have dental insurance to receive treatment, but any insurance policy that allows you to see the dentist of your choice can be used at our office. Check with your employer or human resources administrator or simply call us if you have questions. Your dental plan is designed to share in your dental costs. It will not cover the total cost of treatment. Most plans cover between 50 to 80 percent of some dental services. “Cosmetic” services as well as other forms of treatment may not be covered at all.

For more extensive treatment plans, we offer a reduction of the total fee if pre-payment is made at least a day before the treatment starts as well as two different monthly payment options. The monthly payment options require a credit application and approval from the lender. Each monthly payment option is different and, depending on your needs, can be helpful in allowing you to complete the treatment you need. Option 1 is a payment plan that allows you to avoid interest charges if you pay off the full amount within a 12-month period. Option 2 can be used if you want a lower monthly payment than may be possible with Option 1. Option 2 is helpful for people that have a set dollar amount that fits their budget, and they may need to stretch out the payment plan over as much as five years.
