Once we have worked with you to decide what treatment is right for you, we will inform you of all costs before treatment begins. Charges are payable at or before the time treatment is rendered. We accept payment in the form of Cash/Personal Check/ Visa/ Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Dental Insurance

 If you plan to utilize dental insurance please bring all information, including subscriber name, social security number, date of birth, employer, group #, insurance company information,  insurance telephone number, with you to your initial appointment (please see office policies for more information on this topic.)

We will gladly submit insurance claims for you. We ask that you please remember, insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. For those who enjoy insurance benefits we ask that you pay your portion at the time of service. We are happy to assist you in billing your insurance company and utilizing your benefits. However, you are ultimately responsible for the cost of treatment performed. We will insist that you contact your insurance company, employer or human resources administrator if your claims have not been paid within 30 days.

Remember, you need not have dental insurance to receive treatment, but any insurance policy that allows you to see the dentist of your choice can be used at our office. Check with your employer or human resources administrator or simply call us if you have questions. Your dental plan is designed to share in your dental costs. It will not cover the total cost of treatment. Most plans cover between 50 to 80 percent of some dental services. Not all types of treatment may be covered, please check your benefit booklet for more information.

Monthly Payments:
We offer our patients affordable monthly payment programs through Cosmecredit. You can pre-qualify by calling Cosmecredit 1-888-444-0016.  Please inform one of our team members if you have qualified or are interested in qualifying for monthly payment options.

Prepayment Discount

For more extensive treatment plans, we offer a reduction of the total fee if pre-payment is made at least 24 hours prior to the start of treatment. There will be a 5% discount for prepayment of patient portions, which exceed $400.
