Katrina Billington, R.D.A.
Katrina has been at this office since 1996 when she worked for Dr. “Pete” deBruin prior to his retirement in 2003. Katrina brings an exceptional level of expertise to her position as Dr. Howes' chairside assistant. Katrina has mastered the fine art of assisting the doctor while, at the same time, monitoring the patient to ensure their comfort and well-being.
Katrina brings an artistic eye to smile design as well as vast knowledge from hundreds of hours continuing education classes and including advanced courses in neuromuscular occlusion, full mouth restoration, and courses in the latest techniques and technologies.

Katrina is well skilled and knowledgeable about every aspect of the practice, and she has a great concern that every person is treated professionally and comfortably. She takes great pride in the work we do and works very hard to gain the trust of each and every person that comes through our door.

Dianne completed her education as a registered dental hygienist (R.D.H.) at Chabot College in 1998 and has worked with Dr. Howes since shortly after graduation. Jo Howes
Jo has been part of the dental practice almost from the start and stays active with soccer and community service through several organizations. Jo is the indispensable person that just does about everything around our office. She sometimes wears the office manager hat and sometimes the chair side assistant hat and does whatever is needed.
She was born and raised on a ranch in southern Idaho, where her family still lives. She graduated from college and taught middle school and high school before she and Dr. Howes were married in 1981, and she moved to San Francisco. With three children and a busy practice to maintain, Jo still finds time to play soccer, exercise at the health club and volunteers at her church and recently agreed to serve on the board of an organization that lends money to college students free of any interest charge.
Jo brings great enthusiasm and energy to everything she does and cares a great deal for everyone she comes in contact with. She makes sure that our office provides the best care anywhere.
